Students are offered either a two-year degree (associate degree) or a four-year degree (bachelors degree) in a specific course of studycalled the major.
Students can continue their education by pursuing a master’s degree (two year degree) which is highly specialized in a specific field. Students who want to advance their education further in a specialised subject can pursue a doctorate degree (PhD). This degree takes between three and six years for completion.
